Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (when available).

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.


Estimated Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

FurFresh is not responsible for delays once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (where available).

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, FurFresh is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at furfreshsupport@gmail.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location.
  • Asking neighbors or household members.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
