At FurFresh, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 40 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 40 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused or gently used and in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping fees.
To start a return, please contact us at furfreshsupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our support team will provide return instructions.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
We offer refunds within 90 days of the date your order is delivered.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if a return is required), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund requests made more than 90 days after your order has been delivered are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at furfreshsupport@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been heavily used, damaged by misuse, or are missing essential parts.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
